Q) Can I use my mobile device / pda with your service?

ExchangeSync's Hosted Exchange 2007 supports any internet or wap enabled device to connect to your mailbox over imap, pop3, Exchange or Outlook Web Access at NO additional costs.

Q) Can I use the iPhone from Apple with your service?

Yes, we fully support email access to your mailbox using your iPhone.

Q) Can I manage my antispam and antivirus myself?

Yes, you have full access to the ExchangeSync SpamFilter panel to manage your junk filters, whitelists, blacklists and spam folders.

Q) What kind of servers and equipment will my mailbox be hosted on?

We use all Dell PowerEdge rack-mount servers for our Hosted Exchange services. These include redundant disks, dual quad-core xeon processors, multiple upstream backbone providers and are all running Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition with Microsoft Exchange 2007 Server. (note: most other providers are still running Exchange 2003 server, we are using the newest version with the latest features for our customers)

Q) How can I access and configure my Hosted Exchange 2007 Mailbox(es)?

As a Hosted Exchange customer, you will have full access to our ExchangeSync customer panel to access your mailbox space, create/edit mailboxes, create smtp aliases, manage distribution lists and public folder space.
